Returns, Exchange & Cancellations Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care on +91-9675259618 or email on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, product name and model number, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement
For bulk or customized orders, the cancellation, replacement or returns is subject to approval by management.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason or the product is damaged or defective, you can return your items shipped by National Bodyline for a prompt refund or exchange on conditional circumstances*. *Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
In case following conditions are not met National Bodyline reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase
- Items and packaging must be received in new condition.
- Items have been used or altered
- The original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged and repacked properly to avoid transit damage
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals, any included gifts, etc.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Before returning package you need to contact National Bodyline to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use the phone number listed on a website or e-mail email@example.com
- Return package must include copying the original invoice or sale receipt
- If you have an exchange for the same amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
- Shipment and pickup charges to be borne by the customer
- In case of transit damaged it is advised that customer does not accept the material from Courier delivery boy and mentioned reason as “Package in Damaged Condition”
How Long would it take for Refund or Exchange shipment?
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will issue the refund within 5 working days and in the same form as the original payment type.

a. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Entire amount would be refunded to your account. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy. b. We reserve rights to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability. c. If your order is canceled for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account.
